Majesty of the Morning

Majesty of the Morning

“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.”
James 1:12

Does anything depict strength and resilience quite like the plains bison? Once millions strong, moving in thundrous herds, now it symbolizes survival through immense pressure and trials.

MaryAnn Ward spent most of her hears on the edge of the beautiful Qu’Appelle Valley in Saskatchewan. Her love for wildlife and the diversity of the valley ecosystem strongly reflects in her paintings. Majesty of the Morning draws from those days of open prairie sunrises and vast spaces. The sound of distant hooves may have been silenced but the evidence of their presence still stands strong.

God’s promises remain. Persevere! Stand firm! The crown of life awaits.
