The Intercessor

The Intercessor

There are three main positions as intercessors:

1. Warrior: fight and defend; standing unwavering on the word of God, holding a sword that aims simultaneously ahead and behind.
2. Surrender: quietly bowing in acknowledgment of the majesty and dominion of God alone while waiting to see what He is doing and listening to His voice.
3. Worship and Adoration: declaring God to be all He said He is.

As intercessors we operate with liberty under the power, light and life of the cross of Jesus Christ. The Lion of the Tribe of Judah moves through our simple prayers of intercession, disarming and removing demonic powers. Enemy strongholds are demolished setting captives free to walk with God.

As we pray, people are released from death to life, darkness to light, and bondage to freedom. Christ has defeated every foe! He Makes all things new!

“With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with perseverance and petition for all the saints.”
